as Test and Measurement Engineering srl by Dr. Aniello Stellato, at that time manager of an international telecommunication company with almost 20 years’ experience in design and production. In 2009, Test and Measurement Engineering became Test and Manufacturing Engineering in order to expland the competences and activities to the entire production process, always maintaining the acronym of TME srl.
The company has grown over the years from a very specific type of business such as Design of Electronic Systems Test, gradually adding new activities and services , until it get today offering a complete service of Design of Electronic Systems, Electronic Cards, Prototype Development , Assembly electro-mechanic, SMT/THT Production and Test Engineering.
Thanks to these growth targets, TME has made significant investments in recent years in terms of facilities, resources and, above all, people. In fact, part of the staff comes from large multinational companies and young Engineers. The company's staff consists of more than 25 units of which nearly half are engineers.
Today the company has assembly SMT lines, waves soldering machines for PTH components and an efficient team of design and industrialization.
TME has also established collaborations in important research projects with the Italian Ministry of Education (Ministry of University and Research) and the University Federico II of Naples. With the University (Federico II of Naples) and SUN of Caserta, TME has also signed an agreement by which there is an exchange of trainees and undergraduates, in order to bring research closer to industry and viceversa: today, tens of Engineers have graduated developing the thesis in TME.
The company also works with foreign countries, providing technical and professional experience for export. TME has a site in South Carolina (USA) in order to ensure to the customer an effective and efficient local support.
